KAY KOWERKO (nee HAMERNYK) On March 16, 2015 at Holy Family Home, Kay Kowerko, our beloved mother, passed away at the age of 101 ½ years. Kay is survived by daughter Virginia, son Jerry, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and sister Frances of Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband Henry in 1966. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, March 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Ash Interment at All Saints Cemetery. Dear Virginia and Jerry, my sincere condolences. I remember your mom fondly, what a lovely lady. Kay was always so full of energy, thinking now that she was in her 60s when I met her makes me realize just how much energy she had.
