• Richard was a neighbour to my parents and became my friend. He was a good family man and kind to everyone. I vividly remember him helping me when my car broke down. He came with his tow truck when the temperature with the wind was -50 C. He will be missed by everyone. I regret that it was only recently I found out about his death otherwise I would have attended the funeral. • We are shocked and saddened upon hearing of the sudden loss of a truly great human being. Richard's daily presence at the Holding Compound will be missed, his kind and genuine way made him a favorite amongst our staff.
