VIRGINIE ST. CROIX (nee LAVOIE) 1918 - 2015 Peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 our mom, mémère, and little mémère passed away at the Pine Falls Hospital. She is survived by her daughters Colette MacLellan (John) and Claire St. Croix (Bob), son in-law Jean Belanger, grandchildren Louise (Reg), Rene (Karen), Pierre (Andrea), Michelle (Ken), Anita, Ginette (Blair), Robbie, Jacques (Lisa), Roland, Nicole (Mark), and Melissa (Calin), great-grandchildren Julie, Luc, Danielle, Jaelyn, Kayla, Breanne, Ashley, Brittney (Chris), Jaynie, Stacey (Rob), Jace, Jesse, Jayden, Marc, Cameron and Eden, great- great-grandchildren Carleigh, Brody, and Brenna; brother Emile (Pat), sisters Jeannette and Denise, numerous nieces and nephews as well as special pets Stewie and Kitty. She was predeceased by her husband Omer, son Louis, daughters Suzanne and Irene, son-in-law Rosaire, daughter-in-law Lucille, five brothers and one sister. Mom was a strong woman who always supported her family and couldn't wait for the next family event, be it a birthday, graduation, wedding, or baptism. She was proud of her family and was always excited to celebrate our successes. A special thanks to the staff at the Pine Falls Hospital and family and friends for all their help and visits. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 10 at 2:00 p.m. with Prayers at 1:30 p.m. at Notre Dame du Laus Roman Catholic Church in Powerview, MB. Inturnment will follow in the Pine Falls Cemetery. At Virginie's request, please do not send flowers.
