Our moms met while they were carrying her and I. They became life long friends, and so did Arlene and I. I have so many good memories of us and the experiences we shared together. I miss sharing being 65 together but I'm sure your celebrating with the family you have joined. - Posted by: Gwen Deresh (Friend ) on: Apr 18, 2019

I have had many many great and loving times with the Douglas family. I'm sad to hear the heart breaking news of my beloved friend Arlene. I will remember and never forget how Arlene could light up your day no matter what kind of mood you were in. Her humorous outlook on life was second to none. No matter the occasion it was time to laugh, time to have fun. The years of endless adventures in the Douglas' house has definitely shaped the person I am today. Thank you Arlene for teaching me that no matter what happens today, tomorrow is a new day with a new start. Take care my friend. - Posted by: Corey Alberg (Long Time family friend) on: Apr 18, 2015

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to Mike, Lee and Desiree. We shall always remember Arlene's genuine warmth, her zest for life and her great sense of humour - oh! how she would make us all laugh! She was a charter member of the "Happy Gang" at the Sal's and McD's. Sorry unable to attend memorial. - Posted by: Terry and Irene Spooner (friends) on: Apr 17, 2015
