  • One last thing…lol…Jack and I were working night shift during the massive rain we got in the early 2000;s, we got soaked , and Jack took his boots and socks off in the truck while I was driving and threw his wet stinky socks on the dash to try and dry them….GAGGGG…I told jack to roll all the windows down…it didn’t help….Love ya bro, RIP.. - Posted by: KEVIN JAMES KIRBY (Co worker , friend , work partner ) on: Jan 28, 2022

  • Jack and I worked together from about 2000 to 2013 when I was injured and moved to a different position, Jack and I did all the repairs to Curb Grates, Manhole frames and anything else involving the proper distribution of land drainage and grey water flows…Jack had little respect for lazy summer students looking for a free ride…NOPE! Jack was on them steady…..I was in charge but Jack was my SARGENT AT ARMS…solid friend and partner….RIP JACK…we had a blast… - Posted by: KEVIN JAMES KIRBY (FRIEND, CO-WORKER , Brother…) on: Jan 28, 2022

  • Jack will be missed very much--his concern for Albert(because of his serious illness) over the years has been much appreciated and his phone calls were always welcome--the chats helped to cheer him up!
