Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLIFT GRAUSTINS It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Clift Graustins on Wednesday, May 27th, 2015 at the young age of 60. He is survived by his wife Grace of 39 years, his children, Andrew (Jennifer), Ashley (Devin) and grandchildren Malia, Amelia, Sophia. mother-in-law Stefa Zahorodny (Momski), sister May Marzari (Rene), brother Sid (Debbie), sister-in-law Bernadette (George), sister-in-law Irene (Bill) and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his parents, Lionel in 2004 and Gladys in 2007. Clift retired from Winnipeg Hydro in 2011 after 33 years of services. He truly enjoyed his position at the Hydro, made many friends and still kept in regular contact with them. In his younger years he enjoyed fishing, hunting, dirt biking, playing hockey and baseball. Once he became a grandfather he enjoyed spending quality time with his three granddaughters. Clift enjoyed caring for his mother-in-law, a.k.a Momski over the last few years. A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Manitoba Heart and Stroke and the Humane Society. I just came across the obituary today and am so sorry to hear of your loss. So very sorry to hear of Clift's passing. I knew Clift back in the days of Winnipeg Hydro and shared many coffee chats and several with him out in the field. And if I ever needed directions on how to get anywhere, Clift knew the city better than anyone. He was always smiling and happy fellow to work with.
