  • She would stop by my business weekly and many times we would go for lunch together. I loved visiting with her. I was just thinking about her a few weeks ago and thinking I should stop by her house see if she's still lived there. I will always cherish her friendship. - Posted by: Lillian Mabon (friend) on: Jun 08, 2015

  • I had a tearoom on Bannatyne Avenue from 1981 till the early '90s. Dorothy would come in every Saturday for 8 or 9 years for lunch. We became good friends and sadly lost touch after I closed up the business. My heart is broken for her. Having to leave in such a horrible way. Dorothy was a gentle soul with so much honesty and class. You were truly loved by me. <3 - Posted by: beverly goss (friend) on: Jun 07, 2015
