Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKATARZYNA PSIURSKI (nee KOWAL) February 21, 1922 - June 24, 2015 Katarzyna passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at the age of 93, at Seven Oaks Hospital in Winnipeg. Katarzyna will be deeply missed by her son Victor (Jolanta), daughter Josie (Richard) and grandchildren Jennifer, Alexander, Brenda and Andrea (Stuart); great-granddaughter Hanna. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ignace. Katarzyna was born and raised in Poland, and immigrated to Canada with her husband Ignace and family in 1961. She loved gardening and baking and held a special fondness for her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her exceptional kindness and care that she showed to others, as well as for the many sacrifices she made for her family. The family wishes to extend special gratitude to the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for the exceptional care. Rosary will be at Holy Ghost Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, June 29, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Ghost Cemetery.
