Prayers will be held on Tuesday, July 7 at 7:00 p.m. at the Russian Orthodox Church of the Holy Resurrection, 732 Alfred St. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 8 at 10:00 a.m., also at the Church with interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery. I was very saddened to learn of Rita's death today. I have been away for a few weeks, and stopped in at her workplace to say hello. I only met Rita (Margaryta) in March, at the Legislature, during a rally and march. I am shocked and very sorry, she and I became close in a short time, she was very very special and shared much with me. I was extremely saddened to hear the news of your mom's passing. I know the struggles she had, as we talked many times on the phone at WK Dental, sometimes for as long as a half hour. My heart is aching, and I will miss our chats, but I am also happy knowing that she is finally at peace. My deepest condolences from myself and all the staff at West Kildonan Dental Group.
