Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryARMAND MAURICE TAILLIEU Armand Maurice Taillieu passed away on Friday, July 10, 2015. Armand is survived by two cousins in Belgium Julien Luypaert and Roland Verstraete and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Maurice in 1986 and 10 months later by his Mother, Esther in 1987. The balance of his family in Europe has also predeceased him. He leaves his Godson Michael Langedock and his family, along with many good family friends and his Air Canada family. Maurices many good friends from Legion Branch 107 and for the last many years Branch No. 4 (St. James). Armand was born on September 22, 1932 in St Boniface and attended Provencher School and Success Business College. He started his working career with the Board of Grain Commissioners and then joined TCA (now Air Canada) as a junior clerk in 1949. He then took early retirement in 1977 to care for his ailing parents. Armand worked his entire airline career in Winnipeg and when he retired, he was Passenger Service Manager at the Winnipeg Airport. Armand was a member of Legion Branch 107 - Honorary Director of the Belgian Credit Union -Longtime member of the Belgian Club -Member of the Belgian Sacred Heart Church until it closed in 1993 -Member of the Winnipeg Retirement Club and member of the Air Canada Pioneers Club, as well a member of the St. Anne's Parish Memorial service will be held at a later date.
