FRANZ EBERHARD KREBS Franz Eberhard Krebs, born February 5, 1931 in Hanau, Germany to Karl and Marie Krebs, the oldest of two boys. He is survived by his wife Evelyn (Prychun) of 57 years, two daughters Sabrina and Wilfred Steinhilber, Christine Friesen, son Karl and Kathy Krebs and six grandchildren as well as his brother Gunter (Hannelore) Krebs and one niece in Germany. He was predeceased by his son Eberhard Jr. in 1983. Our dad was a hardworking door to door milkman for most of his life with Silverwood Dairies. Funeral service Monday, July 20, 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Temple (Buntain Chapel), 440 Hargrave Street, with viewing prior to the service. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Calvary Temple Camp, 400 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, R3B 3A8. Friends Funeral Service, 204-339-5555

  • Condolences to Evelyn and the rest of the family. Franz was probably one of the best milk sales delivery people Silverwood Dairies ever had. He won more sales awards than anybody. Also was the 'unofficial' photographer for our branch capturing many memorable events over which we used to reminisce at our retirees' luncheons. I will miss you, 'Buddy'.
