ALICE FLECK On September 9, 2015, Alice passed away at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 73 years. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 21 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Complete obituary to follow in Saturday, September 19 edition. Alice, over the years you have been an amazing example of strength and spirit.No matter what cancer threw at you, you fought it with grace and a positive attitude, right til the end. None of us knows how our life journey will go, but you have shown us how to face an challenge head on. Rest in peace, and know you will be remembered forever. Glen, Rick, Cathy and family, my heart goes out to you all. But I hope you will find some consolation in knowing that Alice was loved and respected by so many people. Kathy was my best friend through school. Alice was always wonderful to me. She was one I could really talk to after my divorce. We kept in contact, even if it was only Christmas cards. She got our yearly letter every Christmas - celebrated my 2nd marriage and watched my son grow and his family too. I loved her dearly. My condolences to Glen, Rick, Kathy & Lars, Chris & Heather and Cara.
