Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEO OROBKO October 14, 1960 - October 4, 2015 It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Leo Orobko, at the age of 54, after a prolonged stay at Deer Lodge Centre. He was predeceased by his father Michael (2015), and his brother Roman (2014). Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of 33 years, Linda, and his son, Gavin (Lauren). As well as his mother Maria, his brothers Emil (Maria), Ollie (Diane), his sister Nadia (Calvin), and many nieces and nephews. Leo enjoyed gardening with his wife and watching football with his son, as well as fishing, drawing, and stamp collecting. As a young man, and into adulthood, he enjoyed annual camping trips to Falcon Lake with his family. Leo took pleasure in and looked forward to God's promise recorded in Isaiah 35:5,6 "At that time the lame will leap like the deer". The family would like to thank the staff of the 6th floor East at Deer Lodge Centre, who cared for him during the final years of his life. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 325 Wallasey St. Voyage Funeral Home & Crematorium 204-668-3151

We are so deeply saddened to hear of our friend, Leo passing away. He and I (Rob) go back many years and used to have lots of fun visiting back and forth as kids, playing on our bikes. Most importantly, though, was the times enjoyed associating at our Kingdom Hall. We send our love and condolences to all the family, especially dear Ollie and Diane and their girls. May you be comforted by many happy memories and the many to be made for all eternity. Thankfully, Leo's "nap" will be short as we look forward to seeing him again soon.
