  • Our families were good friends, Harold was my best friends older brother,(and we all know that sometimes not always your best friend ) however we all grow up and he became a good friend to the Topor family. My husband Jim truly enjoyed Harold's visit the year we spent back in Winnipeg in 1995/96. Something that has forever changed my life is when a very good friend of my mother's suffered a fire and Harold, my brother Walter and husband Jim helped her, she was so appreciated and asked how to repay them, Harold replayed "just help someone else one day" When Jim told me of Harold's response,I have adopted that thought, that was aleast 30 years ago, I know I am truly a better person because of Harold Rest in peace, Jim,Elaine,Jonathan,Matthew and Benjamin Livingstone - Posted by: Elaine and Jim Livingstone (My best friends older brother / then a good friend ) on: Oct 22, 2015

  • We always knew Harold as Herm when we partied out in Narol many years ago. Harold chumed with the older Natiuk boys , me the younger ones. It was a small world when I met up with him after 30plus years at Grace Hospice where my wife was in the next room for a week. We had a chance to catch up a couple of times and despite his condition he was still upbeat and offered comfort to my wife and myself. You're right about that smile. Sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Ian Campbell (friend) on: Oct 20, 2015
