  • I was very saddened to hear of your passing. I have many fond childhood memories of you growing up, some of which we shared at your mom"s place on Boston Avenue and others at our secret fort we had in the back field of Versatile on Clarence Avenue right behind Barry Kennets house. We almost burnt down the field that one time while having a fire one night. Fire trucks galore ! I"ve lost both of my parents to Cancer and I know you would have put up one hell of a fight! Rest in Peace Blake.... - Posted by: Delaine Smith (Childhood friend) on: Oct 22, 2015

  • Life will never be the same without you brother. You were my protector growing up as kids. We shared a special bond together. We may not have always seen eye to eye, but we always had each others back when in need. You will be forever missed and never forgotten. I love you! Until we again my one and only dearest brother. REST IN PEACE BRO. Love your little sister. XOXO - Posted by: Colette Hartley (Sister) on: Oct 20, 2015

  • Blake, although I did not know you for a long time, only through work, we joked around every day when I came to get loaded. I was saddened to hear of your passing. You struck me as an honest good man. We always had a good laugh, I will miss you my friend and your goofy laugh you always made my day. Rest in peace my friend, you fought a hard battle! I admired your courage and strength! My sincere condolences and prayers to Phyllis, your Mom and your family. God Bless. - Posted by: Terry Wilchuk (Friend) on: Oct 20, 2015
