Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA (MARY) BRAUN (nee SCHMIDT) April 9, 1916 - October 28, 2015 In the early hours of October 28, 2015, Mary Braun slipped away into the presence of her Lord. Mary was predeceased by her parents, husband Jake, five brothers, two sisters, and one son-in-law. She is survived by sisters Anne Classen, Kay La Roque, and sister-in-law, Anne Schmidt. She leaves to mourn four daughters Dorothy Qually (Barry); Ellie Topnik (Brian); Betty Schultz; Jackie Balacko (Bill); nine grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, one great- great-grandchild and extended family and friends. Viewing Sunday 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main St., and prior to the service. Funeral service will be held Monday, November 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Charleswood Community Church, 760 Charleswood Road. Interment will take place at Springstein Cemetery following the funeral.
