JAKOB KORNELSEN September 1, 1936 - November 4, 2015 PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF DAY OF SERVICE It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jakob, age 79, at Bethania Personal Care Home. Jakob is survived by his wife Mary of 57 years, son Wilfried (Alison); daughter Rosemary (Daniel); grandchildren Jarett and Sara; two sisters, Annie Langelotz and Margaret Kankel and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at Springfield Heights Mennonite Church, 570 Sharron Bay. Viewing prior to the service. Interment in Mennonite Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations in Jakob's name can be made to Mennonite Central Committee, Alzheimer Society or Bethania Personal Care Home.
