CLARA BAUER (nee DOBOGA) It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother and aunt, Clara Bauer of Winnipeg, Manitoba on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at the age of 91. Born in the village of Garlita, Constanta, Romania on October 8, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Gheza Doboga and Emma Frank Doboga. Clara is survived by her four children, Siegfried, Jack (Evelyn), Dieter and Irene Young; her four grandchildren, Carrie Carrino (Ron), Serena Froese, Jessica Bauer and Ian Young; and her great-granddaughter Katie Foster. She is predeceased by her husband Theodor Bauer; and her granddaughter Kristine Bauer Foster. Clara was a warm and gentle soul whose love and care of her family was her most important priority. She enjoyed preparing traditional meals for her family and spent many happy hours cooking and baking. Prayers and viewing will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 13, 2015 also at Cropo Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044
