JOSEPH HOWELL Joseph Howell passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Victoria General Hospital, at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Helen for 49 years; loving father and bud of Jeffrey Alan Howell; dear brother-in-law of Paul and Doris Priaulx, Michael and Sandy Priaulx and Wayne Lorenz and remembered by many nieces and nephews. Joseph was predeceased by his sister, Janet Lorenz; brother Mark and his parents, Mark and Marjorie (nee Walker) Howell. Cremation will take place and in accordance with Joseph's wishes, interment will take place in Toronto, Ontario in January 2016. In lieu of any flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation.
