Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSS WARD February 17, 1915 - December 25, 2015 Peacefully on December 25, 2015 our dad, Ross Ward went to meet our mom for Christmas dinner. He left us kids, Bill and Mary, Dale and Frances, Nona and Wilma; grandkids, Rob, Greg, Jennifer, Lesley, Wesley, Clinton, Laurie, Tamara, Tyler, David and Alex; and 14 great-grandkids to fend for ourselves. Beloved wife, Violet, has been gone since 2010 preparing this special dinner for dad. The table has been set for all their brothers and sisters that have already left for the dinner and of course Ross Ward is late again. A celebration of life is taking place at Green Acres Funeral Home on Highway One East at Navin Road on December 31, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation has taken place. The family wishes to thank the staff at Kin Place for the special care that they gave our dad over the past 12 plus years. If friends so desire, a donation in the memory of Ross Ward may be made to Kin Pace Personal care Home (Recreation Department) 680 Pine Drive, Oak Bank, Manitoba R0E 1J0. GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery Hwy #1 E at Navin Road, Winnipeg, MB (204) 222-3241 Condolences may be sent to www.greenacresfuneralhome.com
