FRANK SHYMKO On December 29, 2015, at Seven Oaks Hospital, Frank Shymko, beloved husband, father, and grandfather passed away at the age of 83. Along with his wife, Anne (nee Chubaty) Shymko, he is survived by son, Gordon Shymko (Chris), daughter, Barbara Wilson (Chester), grandchildren, Mallory Taylor (Chad), and Demaris Wilson-Klemchuk (Brett). He was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Anne Shymko, sister Pearl (Danylchuk), and brothers Martin and George. Frank cherished his family and took pride in the business he built in the sign industry. Frank was the epitome of the self-made man. He worked hard, loved a good joke, and was bigger than life. We will miss you terribly. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 250 Jefferson Ave. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044

Dear Anne and Children, Our hearts go out to you at this tremendous loss of our dear Frank. In the past years I came to rely on my Uncle Frank more than ever before. His charm, his wit, his words of advice, his encouragement and his loving and caring nature were immeasurable. Rachel and Rebekah truly felt affection and a warm comfortable feeling around their Great Uncle. He leaves behind many cherished memories.
