LUCIENNE TRUDEAU (nee DESAUTELS) May 27, 1927 - January 17, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Lucienne, on January 17, 2016, at the age of 88 years. We will really miss our wonderful mom. She was predeceased by: her husband Jean-Paul; her parents Ubald and Marie Desautels and her brothers: Roland Desautels and Emile Scott. Left to cherish her memory are: her children, Claudette Mayer (Marcel), Pauline Friesen (Wes), Patsy Barnard (Chris), Rhéal (Elaine), Lise Friesen (Reg), Doris Kroeker (Dave), Donald (Olga), Jo-Anne Mayer (Brian), Marc (Averil), Mae Gauthier (Bob) and Marcel (Jacqueline); numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her siblings Betsy Mourant (Paul) and Ken Malo (Cec). We would like to thank Soeur Rioux, the Villa Youville homecare staff, the Ste. Anne Hospital staff, Dr. Duval and Dr. Bissonnette for their care and compassion. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, January 25, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church, officiating Father Gabriel Lévesque, 162 Central Ave., Ste. Anne, MB. A reception will follow at the Seine River Banquet Hall, 80 Aréna St., Ste. Anne, MB. A private interment will follow at a later date.
