EVELYN COOK Peacefully on February 21, 2016 at Seven Oaks Hospital Evelyn passed away at the age of 89. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Carol (Sandy) and Kim (Bill); grandsons, Chris and Dallas. Evelyn was predeceased by her husband Henry Cook (Cookie). Mom loved to knit for family and new babies. With the Amber Meadows Knitwits she received special recognition from the Christmas Cheer Board for the number of mitts she made and donated in one year. A private family burial has taken place at Green Acres Cemetery. Thanks to Dr. Funk and the staff on Unit 5S0H. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
