Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFREDA PETTERSON October 17, 1933 - March 2, 2016 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Freda Petterson. She was predeceased by her husband Carl Andrew, and son Perry. She will be missed and lovingly remembered by her special friend Rody Munroe, children Carolyn (Philip), Bruce (Yvonne) and Brian (Marcia), her grandchildren and one great-grandbaby. A celebration of Freda's life will be held on Wednesday, March 9 at 2:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour with viewing one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in St. Ouen's Cemetery. There will be a fellowship gathering following the interment in the Beausejour Room, Brokenhead River Community Hall. If so desired, memorial tributes may be made to the cemetery in care of St. Ouens Pentecostal Church, Box 12, Group 420, RR4, Beausejour, MB, R0E 0C0. We had only known Freda a few years and I was very impressed by her each time I met her. A very lovely lady and such a caring person. Our deepest regrets of the loss go out to the friends and family for this major loss. My deepest sympathies go out to Rody, Carolyn and Phillip, Bruce and Yvonne, Brian and Marcia, the grand and great-grandchildren. Her memory lives on thru you, her children. As one of her many sisters, I will not forget her smile, her laughter, the jokes she used to tell. Her caring and ways of making you feel so important and special. You had a very special mother.
