Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERMAIN FRECHETTE September 20, 1933 March 10, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Germain Frechette after a long illness. He leaves to mourn his wife of 61 years, Helene, his children Gilles (Marion), Suzanne (Ron), Jacques (Carole), Rene (Leanne), and seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Germain was born in St. Malo, MB and moved to Winnipeg in 1955 with his wife Helene. He ran a successful construction company for 21 years and enjoyed every day of his retirement. Germain had a love for travel and was an avid golfer. He will be deeply missed by his family and many friends. The family would also like to thank the Tache nursing home for the excellent care and service given to our husband/father. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, March 14, 2016 at Paroisse Saint-Eugène Parish, 1009 St. Mary's Road, with prayers at 10:00 a.m. GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery (204) 222-3241 Condolences may be sent to www.greenacresfuneralhome.com
