GLENDA LORI ARNOTT
Born: Mar 23, 1959
Date of Passing: Mar 07, 2016
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGLENDA LORI ARNOTT (nee TOMM) March 23, 1959 - March 7, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. Glenda had suffered many health problems and complications over the last number of years. Through it all she would always stay positive. Her dad, her guardian angel here on earth was always there as protector, advocate and defender. Glenda worked for MTS, then later for neighbourhood grocery stores. She moved from Manitoba to Ontario and Alberta with her husband Bill who was in the army when the children were young. She settled back in Winnipeg, in North Kildonan, in the early 90's, near the area she grew up in. She always enjoyed her time with family, and most of all visiting and playing with her granddaughters. Glenda leaves behind her two children, Billy and Kendall Arnott; Bill Arnott; two granddaughters, Isabella and Brooklynn; her father, Waldemar Tomm, brother Rodney Tomm (Casey), sister Darlene Tomm, as well as nephews, and nieces, and the Arnott family. She is predeceased by her mother Diana (1991), her niece Kylee (1994), and her grandparents. Memorial service will be on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1311 Roch Street. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, or the Canadian Diabetes Association, available at the service.

I remember going to the cabin with Glenda and her daughter Kendall when we were kids. We would all drive out together and spend the weekend there. She always brought yummy treats with her like cinnamon bread that I was always excited for! She will be missed. - Posted by: shayna maycock (daughters best friend) on: Mar 12, 2016
