Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryZENONS STAFECKIS Zenons peacefully passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital on Wednesday, March 23, 2016. He was born on April 16, 1923. He is survived by his wife Dorothy; children Christine (Les), Terry (Julia), Kelly (Joelle), Donna (George) and Tammy (Larry); 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and family in Latvia. He was predeceased by his brothers Antons, Bronislavs, Anatolis and Julijans. The family would like to thank the staff of Maples Personal Care Home for their care to Zenons over the last few years. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Dear Aunty Dorothy and family, I am so sorry to hear about uncle John. My condolences to you all. I will never forget an evening about 20 years ago when the three brothers ( here in Canada ) were on my parents deck, telling us about their hardships during the war, and their struggles to even make it here. How proud uncle Zenons must be to see that he now has a large and loving family to carry on, and that everyone will always remember his strength and joy.
