DAVID WAYNE KARGUS Dave Kargus of Traverse Bay, Manitoba, aged 64 passed away at home surrounded by family on Friday, April 1, 2016. Husband to Edna (nee Enns) and father to Donald of Lockport, Manitoba and Brian (Liz) of Calgary, Alberta. Loving grampa to Skyla. Brother of Catherine Todd of Owen Sound, Ontario, Michael (Marilyn) and Douglas (Lois) all of Cambridge, Ontario. Brother-in-law to Sylvia and George Martens, Doreen Enns and Wally and Wilma Dick, all of Manitoba. Uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, George and Jean (nee Cress) and brothers-in-law Elmer and Richard Enns. Dave and Edna loved to spend time with their children and granddaughter and also their many friends. He was an avid sports fan and he and Edna enjoyed many winters in Texas. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba or the charity of your choice. Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Friends Funeral Service, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg. The family wishes to thank his wonderful caregivers, Dr. Minuk, Dr. Lamb, and Cindy and Gary. Friends Funeral Service, 204-339-5555.
