Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERDA REGIER (nee NEUFELD) November 2, 1935 - April 4, 2016 Peacefully in the early morning hours of April 4, 2016 our dear Mom and Oma passed away to Glory with her children at her side. We are grateful for God's grace and mercy and how He was there in the midst of it all. Gerda leaves to mourn her three children Cristine (Rick) Schroeder and grandchildren Mark, Ryan, Valerie (Shawn); Robert (Franciene) Regier and grandson Robert Clark and great-grandchildren Zoe and Eli and granddaughter Shanna (Robert) Dolinski and great-grandson William; Henry (Anna) Regier and grandchildren Michelle and Justin Penner, and many very special relatives and friends. She is also survived by her sister Helga Wiens from Uruguay. Gerda was predeceased by her husband Werner, parents Willy and Hanna Neufeld and three siblings, Hannelore, Erika, and Gunther. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, April 8, at 11:00 a.m. at First Mennonite Church 922 Notre Dame Avenue. Thank you to the amazing Bethania staff who looked after Mom and all of us so beautifully during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mennonite Central Committee and Fort Whyte Centre.
