HENRY QUIRING Peacefully, on April 13, 2016, Henry Quiring passed away after a courageous battle with alcoholism, an addiction he struggled with for many years. While he was unable to overcome that battle, he was a fierce and persistent fighter who lived every day of his life as fully as he could. Born in Russia on April 21, 1956, family and love of the Lord have always been very important to Henry. Henry together with his parents and six siblings moved to Canada in 1967 to begin a new chapter of their lives. Henry was a gifted craftsman. A self-employed carpenter and businessman, Henry worked tirelessly with his hands creating, building and renovating homes for many people. Henry was an avid runner who completed many marathons and truly enjoyed life outdoors. Church life was important to Henry and he was involved in many aspects of church ministry including youth, recovery and life groups. Henry's family included many dogs whom he loved and cared for deeply Rwalky will miss Henry very much.
