Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMICHAEL USTIANOWSKY 1923 - 2016 Michael Ustianowsky died Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Seven Oaks Hospital following a brief illness. He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Tekla, and his nieces and nephews in Canada, Poland, and Ukraine. We would like to thank the nursing staff at Seven Oaks Hospital (5th floor, unit 4) for their support and care. Funeral liturgy will be celebrated by the Rt. Rev. Msgr.
