Kazimierz is survived by his loving wife Maria; sons, Stefan, Evhen and Andrew and grandson Andrij. Kazimierz was born in Trembowla, Western Ukraine. He was a long time parishioner of Saints Vladimir Olga Cathedral. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 21 at 10:00 a.m. at Saints Vladimir Olga Ukrainian Catholic Cathedral, 115 McGregor Street. Interment in All Saints Cemetery.
