Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) CYRIL TIMMS It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our dear beloved Father, William (Bill) Cyril Timms on July 2, 2016. He was predeceased by his first wife Eileen Patricia Timms in 1996 and his second wife Noella Timms in 2016. Bill leaves to mourn his children Patricia (Kayla and John), Bill (Tammy, Braeden, Abbey and Katie), Andrea (Michael) and Jim (Taylor); step-children, Rose (Bud), Bev (Fred), Roger (Cindy), Raymond (Rachelle), Geraldine (Randy) and their families. Also left to mourn are Bill's sisters, Alma and Betty and their families. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, July 5, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, on the corner of Main and Inkster for the public with a private service and interment to be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 for family only. Bill's family would like to extend their appreciation to the staff at Riverside Lions and Concordia Place for their love and care during his tenure at both homes. As a friend of Andrea's, over the years I have been blessed to have known Bill. How lucky the family has been to have had this truly warm, gentle and humorous soul in their lives! They say you can't pick your family, but the Lord certainly did His best when He brought you all together over the years. My fondest memory is and always will be his hugs. He would come into the store I worked in and come to the counter. His eyes would be smiling and his face was sporting a huge grin... he would say "Where is my sweetheart?"
