ALEX (BUSTER) McKAY 1945 2016 It is with deepest sorrow and regret that we announce the passing of our beloved father, brother and friend. Buster passed away Saturday, July 16 after a battle with cancer that he fought with a courageous heart. Buster is predeceased and now reunited with his twin brother Bill. He is greatly loved and missed by his brother Cam; children, Julia, Sheri, Nicole and Alex Jr. as well as eight grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. The family would like to thank the team of doctors at Access Clinic and the nurses at Concordia Hospital. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Hwy. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. "Buster, we hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk with us throughout our lives. Much love and peace. We know you are now standing as a proud Scotsman like a clad warrior smiling over your victory as you pass over the threshold to your place in heaven."

Dear Buster, We shared life and children together. I had an awesome visit with you that I will hold in my heart.
