Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAGNES CLARKE September 27, 1927 - August 16, 2016 Agnes Clarke passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at the age of 88, at Park Manor Personal Care Home in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Agnes was predeceased by her husband Cyril. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Susan (Rick), Philip (Margie), Debra (Ron), and Jim (Lucie), grandchildren Suzanne, Michelle, Graham, Colleen, Steven, Matthew, Dylan and Alejandro, and great-grandchildren Bradon, Sierra, Colton, Charlee and many friends. A special thank you to the staff and volunteers at Park Manor Personal Care Home for their care and support. Cremation has taken place and as per Mom's wishes, no formal service will be held. Donations may be made in Agnes' memory to Park Manor Personal Care Home, 301 Redonda Street, Winnipeg, MB R2C 1L7.
