Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES WILLIAM QUINN November 21, 1933 - August 22, 2016 It is with profound sadness we announce Bill's passing at the age of 82. He is survived by his loving wife of 16 years Maureen; son Monty; stepsons, Richard (Trini) Tanghe and Jeff (Terry) Tanghe; grandson Preston (Chantale); granddaughter Devin; brother Brian (Carol); sister Shirley; numerous nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Marlene (Terry), Herb (Cathy), Burnie (Pat), and May; along with many friends, neighbors and fellow workers at Rona. Bill was a very loving husband, father and grandpa. All who met him enjoyed his company and his sense of humour. Bill wore many hats in his life: Winnipeg Grenadiers - 17 years Staff Sargent, Past Master - Sonic Lodge Masonic Temple, Past Captain - Kartum Drum Corps, Past President - Kartum Pipes and Drums, Past Commander and Chief - Scottish Rite, all of which he was very proud of especially being a Veteran.
