DOREEN ROSE LAVALLEE October 23, 1946 - August 28, 2016 With heavy hearts and deep sorrow we announce the passing of our mother Doreen Rose Lavallee on August 28 at the age of 69 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She is predeceased by her parents, Margarita Mondor in 1994 and Philip Mondor in 1978; husband Teddy in 2014 after being married for 42 years; sibling Dollard Mondor in 2007; and great-grandson Connor in 2006. She is survived by her children, Sharon (Mike), Cindy (Stanley), Phillip and Melinda (Ray); grandchildren, Zig (Alyssa), Kurtis (Sherry), Jacob, Tammy, Shane, Jordan, Raymond Jr., Debbie, Ashley, Evelyn and Aaron; and great-grandchildren, Rachel, Joshua, Noah, Ryan, Chad, Seanna, Hailey, Tanner, Sadie, Kathleen, and Logan. She is also survived by her special friends Suzanne, Barb and Val. Thank you to St. Boniface Palliative Care for the care and compassion they gave our mother. As per Doreen's wishes, cremation has taken place and she will be buried at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba if so desired.
