VIVIAN KATHLEEN RUTH PICHE Vivian Piche, born on January 31, 1945, suddenly passed away on September 1, 2016. She was predeceased by her father Leo; and brothers, Wes and Leo Steven. She is survived by her mother Mary; sisters, Ruth, Aileen, Helen, June, Mary, and Dawn; sister-in-law and friend Shirley; her children, Wendy, Wanda, Brian (Helen), and Brent (Maggie); her grandchildren, Cameron, Carley, Alyssa, Cassandra, Breanne, Brent, Amy, and Shelby; and one great-grandchild Kaiden. Vivian was a stay at home mom who later joined the work force, and started working with her mom Mary as a waitress at Oak Point Restaurant and Zellers Northgate. She went on to be a supervisor at Zellers St. Norbert, and eventually she retired from Zellers Northgate. Besides her dedication to work, she was passionate about helping those less fortunate. She loved to knit and crochet for the Christmas Cheer Board, Breast Cancer Foundation, the homeless, and churches benefit from her work. She was also involved with many activities in senior complexes. She had a very special place in her heart for family and looked forward to family gatherings. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. There will be a luncheon at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St., on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-956-2193 www.korbanchapel.com
