JANE CRAWLEY BOULET It is with heavy hearts the family of Jane Crawley Boulet announces her passing, at the age of 68, surrounded by family at St. Boniface Hospital, in Winnipeg. She leaves to mourn, her loving husband Alcide Boulet; her siblings, Kay (Abe) Blake, David (Theresa) Monan, Christine (Charlie) Corbett, Debbie Monan, Victor (Shelley) Monan and Heather (Brian) Sirman; her daughter Wanetta Lynn Monan; her sons, Mike Vasko (Tammy Bullock), Thomas (Cheryl) Crawley; her daughter Janet Crawley (Jacki Friesen); and stepdaughter Christelle (Chris) Edel; her grandchildren, Justin, Courtney, Brittany and Levi Monan; Danny, Brandi and Nicole Gifford, Liam and Danika Caines, Kaylyn and Keith Edel, Makenna and Leo Crawley. Great-grandchildren, Cameron and Conner Monan, Leland, Jax, JD, Jaylynn and Jerzey Monan, and Aiden Monan-Minville, along with many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband Ken (1996), her son Mike (2001) and her stepson Kelsey (2006). Jane was born in St. John's and raised in Port aux Basques, NL. The hurricane blew outta Newfoundland when she was 17, to Brampton, Ontario by a nor'easter. Then lord tunderin Jesus, the winds blew stronger and she ended up in Thompson, Manitoba, where she spent most of her time raising her kids and trampling through the snow. A southerly wind blew in from the north, and landed her in Winnipeg with Alcide. During this time, she dragged Cid to some terrible movies, but she loved going to the theatre, so he humoured her. They enjoyed travelling and going to casinos. They never hit the big jackpot, but who needs all that money when you have the love of great family and friends? The service for Jane will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road. A private interment will take place at a later date.
