Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • We know Karl through our association with him at RBC. Karl would tell us stories of the special trips and time he had spent with his dad in the last few years, and how much that meant to him. We could tell from our conversations with Karl that his dad was a very special person. We are glad they were able to share those special moments together and we are sure Karl and his family have many great memories of his father. Our thoughts and prayers are with Karl and his family. Sincerely, Frank, Felice, Daniel and Michael Rossi. - Posted by: Frank and Felice Rossi (family friends) on: Sep 27, 2016

  • I have known Guenter all my life (since I was old enough to walk). I caught my first fish while canoeing around his lake with him and my father, while visiting his beautiful cabin as a young boy. I was his passenger in a truck as we drove around Winnipeg pounding election signs into the ground, also in my youth. My last memory of Guenter was speaking with him at my wedding last summer. I am so grateful he attended that day even though he did not feel 100%. I cherish that memory of him smiling and joking around with me. Guenter was a strong, warm hearted man who was extremely successful in life (have a look at his beautiful family) and business. He will be missed by so many, but never forgotten!
