Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTYLER KLASSEN March 16, 2000 - October 26, 2016 Tyler Klassen, 16, of Steinbach, MB, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, MB. He is survived by his parents Jason and Lisa, and his sister Breanna. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 1, 2016, at 1:00 p.m., at Southland Church, 190 Hwy. 52 West, Steinbach, with viewing prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Transplant Manitoba - Gift of Life, Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg, MB. Arrangements by BIRCHWOOD FUNERAL CHAPEL 1-204-346-1030 OR 1-888-454-1030

When I was 16, the last thing on my mind was death and organ donation. How wonderful that Tyler had given these some thought and told his mom he wanted to donate his organs should anything happen to him. Through his thoughtfulness and desire to help others, 45 persons have benefited from his tragic death. I offer my sincerest condolences to his parents and sister as they struggle to adapt to life without Tyler. I hope the knowledge he indeed lives on in the many people he helped is of ongoing comfort.
