DALE E. WATSON December 20, 1942 - November 16, 2016 It is with great sadness that the family of Dale Watson announces his passing at Seven Oaks Hospital after a four year brave battle with kidney disease, his wife and sons at his side. Dale is survived by his wife Helen; sons Dave (Debbie) and Trevor; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; three brothers; many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his sons George and Blair and many other family members. Dale was born in Estevan, SK, left at an early age, first to British Columbia then to Ontario where he met his sweetheart Helen. They travelled to Winnipeg, married and started a family. They spent many wonderful years together. On November 14, 2016 they celebrated 52 years of marriage. Dale was a very hard worker, starting at age 14. He worked at many different jobs, finishing as a truck driver for Wakshinsky Bros. Ltd. for over 30 years. After his illness and retirement he really missed working and all the good years and memories of the family and his job. He really missed driving his red Mack semi-truck. Dale was a friendly guy who made many friends over the years. The ones most special to him know who they are. Heartfelt thanks to all doctors and nurses on Unit 2 dialysis at Seven Oaks Hospital for their kind, compassionate care of Dale. In keeping with Dale's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal funeral service will be held. A private family gathering and interment of ashes will take place at a later date. Please no flowers, just take a moment to remember Dale. Rest in peace We love you. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044
