Kelly is survived by his children Bradly (Diana), Melissa (Marc) and Ryan (Paige); his grandchildren Jessica, Brady, Alisha, Tiana, Tyler, Phillip, Kodi, Declan, Katniss and Hunter, sister Carrie and mother Giselle. He was predeceased by his granddaughter Kylie. A funeral service will be held Friday, December 23 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. in Winnipeg. 204-586-8044
