Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryZDZISLAW (JEFF) KUCZMA The family is saddened to announce that Jeff passed away peacefully, at home, on December 16, 2016. Jeff is survived by his two sons Michael and Christopher, and three lovely grandchildren. He also leaves to mourn his mother Helena. He was predeceased by his father and brother. Prayers will be said on Thursday, December 22 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 23 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Avenue. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery, 4387 Main Street.
