Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVICTORIA (SONIA) SMITH August 11, 1934 - January 6, 2017 With her son by her side Sonia peacefully passed away at Middlechurch Personal Care Home. Known to friends and family as "Sonia". Sonia was born in Brinka, Ontario to John and Vera (Kushnieryk) Stecuik, both deceased. Sonia was the middle child and will be sadly missed by her older sister Margaret and was predeceased by her younger brother Victor. She married her sweetheart Don in 1956, together they shared a loving relationship till he passed in 2000. Sonia will be sadly missed by her son Don (Lisa), grandsons Jared (Steph), Kirk (Kylie), Addison, granddaughter Jessie and great-grandson Carter as well as her nephew James. Prayers will be held on Monday, January 16 at 6:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Funeral Service on Tuesday, January 17 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Chapel.
