I wish to extend my sincere condolences to the family. I was privileged to know Mary through my sister, Lucille's, marriage to Maurice and spent many visits to the farm along with my mother Mabel Morrison. After moving to Alberta I was also able to return to the farm to introduce my late husband Brian and children to all the family for their first Ukrainian Easter. I was the recipient of a hand made quilt for my wedding as well as one for my first born for his crib. We were also gifted with the decorated eggs for each of us to bring back to Alberta and which are still on display in my dining room. Mary always made us feel welcomed whenever we visited and no matter how many of us may have come out. - Posted by: Bonnie (Morrison) Shumka (Son, Maurice's sister-in-law) on: Jan 27, 2017
