RANDALL SPENCER September 8, 1965 January 14, 2017 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our brother and uncle, Randy Spencer. Randy was predeceased by his parents, Harry (1968) and Joan (2011). He leaves to cherish his memory sisters, Sharon (Mike), Shirley (Miles), Ellen (Russ) and Brenda (Jerry); brothers, Denis (Jan) and Darrell (Diane) and twin brother Ron (Deb) as well as numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and friends. Randy was the youngest of eight siblings, born in Winnipeg on September 8, 1965. He attended Kildonan East High School and received an educational bursary to further his education at the University of Winnipeg. Randy enjoyed all sports, especially watching a good game with his brother Ron and the banter that followed. He played and coached hockey in the community and took great pride in working with and teaching young children the game and how to work as a team. A private family service has taken place. He truly enjoyed the time he spent with his nieces and nephews and getting together with family at various events. He had a great sense of humour and would not hesitate to respond with a little tone of sarcasm and his cheesy grin. Although this is a difficult time, everyone can take comfort in knowing that he has found peace and has joined his parents. In lieu of flowers, a charitable donation can be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, 930 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3G 0P8. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-956-2193 www.korbanchapel.com
