CAROLE ROSALIE MAXOM (nee HRENCHUK) June 27, 1919 - February 1, 2017 It is with deepest sadness the family announces the passing of Carole Maxom on February 1, 2017. Left to cherish her memory is her son Kenneth (Barb) Maxom; daughter Susan (George) deDenus; grandchildren Kristin Maxom (Mark Wiebe), Jeremy Maxom, Erin de Denus, and great-grandchildren Amina and Callum. Carole was predeceased by her husband of 70 years, Joseph Charles Maxom in November 2012, daughter Linda Maxom in July 2013, and by her parents Rosalie and Stephan Hrenchuk, brother Emil, and sisters Vickie, Louise and Elsie. Mom was born and raised in North Winnipeg and lived most of her life in West Kildonan where she and Dad successfully raised three children. A celebration of Carole's life will be held on Saturday, February 11 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. A private family interment will be at a later date. The family wishes to thank the staff of Luther Home for their exceptional care. In her memory, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of choice. Cropo Funeral Chapel, 204-586-8044
