I did not know Jubal well. Although I spoke with him many times, on and off the bus. He had an unforgettable smile and laugh that I will take with me in my memory of him. I am a believer and know that God will be there for you to wrap his healing arms around your family. Hopefully someday the pain will ease. I would like to pass my condolences to Wanda and the family. I met Jubal and Wanda and their family years ago and they were always cheerful and joking. Very nice people. My heart goes out to Wanda and family in this difficult time. When we lose a loved one here on earth, we gain an angel in heaven that watches over us. May you take comfort in knowing that you have an angel to watch over you now. I extend my most sincere condolences. - Posted by: Andi Frost () on: Feb 21, 2017

I would like to say sorry for your loss. Irvine Fraser was a kind, friendly, caring, supportive, easy going, unique sense of humor and always had a smile when greeting the passengers who came on his bus. One time, I came on the bus....I was feeling very sad because of the passing of my mother. He asked if I was alright because wherever I saw him....I would give him a big smile. I will never forget that moment when he took the time to just listen to me and offer his condolences. My thoughts and prayers to the family....I will miss your genuine smile....R.I.P Irvine Fraser. My thoughts are with the family. The Jubal I worked with was always very professional. He took pride in his job as well as his family. He always saw the good side of people. Unfortunately his duties have him cross paths with the segment of the public who do not have a good side. We will all miss Jubal. His laughter, sense of humor and his faith in human nature and justice. RIP my Transit brother. - Posted by: Danny Smith (Former coworker) on: Feb 18, 2017

Jubal was a wonderful man. I met Jubal early in my career at Winnipeg transit. He and my father were close in seniority. I used to relieve Jubal on the 47 Transcona bus route. He was a all around happy and great guy. Always had a smile and was very easy going. He would always give us junior drivers tips on dealing with the many situations we encountered on the job. I had the privilege of seeing Jubal and speaking to him on the day that he passed. I saw him a text Shoppers Drug Mart and we chatted for 5 minutes. He smiled at me and said "hey Chris long time no see" he said to me man you've gained alot of weight. With that great big smile on his face. He told me I need to take of that. He was joking but also said I call seriousness he knew it will affect my health. Despite the things he had been through having lost his daughter a few years earlier, that was Jubal. Always smiling and caring about other people first. To the family I would like to say I'm so sorry for your loss. Words cannot ever describe what you must be going through. If you need anything remember that Jubal's transit brothers and sisters will always be here for you. You will be greatly missed my friend. - Posted by: Chris Brambilla (Coworker and friend) on: Feb 18, 2017
