Peter you were a breathe of fresh air, always acknowledging me when I was in the restaurant and sometimes joining me as you ate that special plate of chili mix w/onions greens, sour creme etc. you had the cook make for yourself. Very shocked to hear of your passing. You will always be in my mind everytime I see or hear of someone passing before their time. Knowing you is my blessing. Catch up to you along the way. In Peace. God Bless you Pete. Paul - Posted by: Paul Lagimodiere () on: Mar 02, 2017

I remember Pete from kindergarten. We have the same teachers until I moved in grade 3. Anytime I got stuck on a math problem, it was Pete I asked for help. I remember walking home from school with him. He was a great guy and I regret that we lost touch and not having the courage to say to go in and say Hi when I had chance. I'm going to miss you. Believe it or not, even though we lost touch, I never stopped thinking about all my friends from Van Walleghem. - Posted by: Callie (Noble) Hill (Elementary School Friend) on: Feb 28, 2017

Peter was a great friend, with a huge heart and even bigger smile. His presence always could light up a room with his positive energy. I remember Peter throughout high school, on the rugby field, and in our occasional run in with each out on the town. It didn't ever matter how long it had been since I'd last seen Peter, it felt like no time had passed at all, he was always like a brother to everyone he knew. Impromptu visits to the Red Top felt like visiting family, always welcoming with a sense of comfort you can only find in a true friend. I'll always miss you brother, rest in peace. - Posted by: Ravinder Lidder (Friend) on: Feb 26, 2017

It broke my heart to see that Peter had passed away. He was one of those guys that always had a handshake and a smile (like his father) for you. Like his Father, he did things for people and the community and never asked for anything himself. I know Vicky is suffering terribly over this tragedy but her faith in God and her friends will hopefully help her through this dark period. Vicky, my heart and prayers go out to you.
